CIVIA is the name on the pack and on the shop, but the business behind it trades under another name: the terms of sale identify the company that runs the shop and holds the brand. Granola.cat keeps the two apart, because the name a reader sees on the shelf is not always the name that answers for the product.

The eight recipes share one recipe pattern, gluten-free wholegrain oats bound with olive oil and sesame paste and sweetened with agave syrup or dates, and one pack size. Six carry the BIO mark and mark each organic ingredient; the two recipes with milk or white chocolate don’t, even though their pages say every ingredient is organic, so that claim is shown with the difference beside it. As with the other pilot brands, the nutrition panels give figures without saying what quantity they refer to, so they stay out of comparisons for now.
