The name on the pack, the company behind it and the kitchen that bakes it can be three different things. Each entry says which roles our sources establish.
- Brand
- The name a granola is sold under.
- Maker
- Who actually mixes and bakes it, when a source says so. A distinct maker gets its own profile only when established.
- Operator
- The legal company named in terms or labels. An operator address is not a manufacturing site.
