Sa Granola began as one person’s project and grew into a brand: the founder tells the story of moving from textile design into cooking and of wanting food that is both nourishing and enjoyable. The granola is mixed, baked and packed in the brand’s own workshop, so the brand and the maker are the same business here.
Three of the five recipes are built on buckwheat rather than oats, which is why the producer describes them as naturally gluten-free, while its own allergen statement still warns of possible gluten traces. The other two use oat flakes. The nutrition panels on the producer’s pages don’t say what quantity they refer to, so Granola.cat shows them as published and keeps them out of comparisons until the pack confirms the basis.
Besides its own online shop, Sa Granola publishes a list of shops and cafés that sell its granola, most of them bulk and specialist shops around Barcelona. That list names businesses, not recipes, so each one is shown as a lead for the brand rather than proof that a particular granola is on the shelf.
